We perform duties such as coordinating and managing healthcare projects such as building and launching new clinical programs, process improvement initiatives, hosting rapid improvement events, monitoring operations, monitoring outcomes and success measures by setting KPI’s/OKRs, and managing stakeholder engagement. We have also been successful with acquiring healthcare accreditations for major healthcare organizations and institutions such as the Center of Excellence delegation.
